Questionnaire
We conducted a questionnaire to 30 international students online or offline. We then collated the responses to generate statistics in percentages and graphs.

Which aspect of well-being is more focused on?
As can be seen from the above table, eight people (27%) thought material satisfaction, six people (20%) viewed material satisfaction, and 16 people (53%) thought material and spiritual satisfaction were important. The data show that more than half of people believe that material and spiritual joy are essential.

For you, what is the source of Well-being?
As the picture above shows, well-being comes from the above aspects, among which most people recognize family harmony, wealth and ability.
This shows that family and friends are indispensable and essential factors affecting our well-being. We can cry when we are sad, share when we are happy, and help each other silently. The influence of your family on you also determines your ability to do things later in life and how well you get along with the people around you.

What do you think your university life is?
As can be seen from the picture above, seven people are busy and fulfilling, accounting for 24%; two people have a new harvest every day, accounting for 7%; ten people in the classroom, dormitory and dining hall are at three o'clock, accounting for 33%; four people often have nothing to do, accounting for 13%.
It can be seen from the table that most students feel that they have something to do with their ideal life. The fixed gap shows that most college students have a good view of their future life. The idea that we all want to live a happier life, and 33%People live at three o'clock in the classroom, canteen and dormitory, shows that these kinds of students have With their pursuit, more efforts for their quest, so in their hearts.
They should also be relatively happy because they have motivation and Confidence. Those who feel like they have nothing to do all day may feel like they are in class. Worry. Therefore, well-being may be a little worse. But on the whole, big Students will feel happy in college because, in college, college students do not. There is the boredom of high school, more freedom, the freedom to choose what you like. Do it with love. Therefore, many college students are thrilled at university, but well-being comes from different sources.

Do you feel that you are under great pressure in employment?
As can be seen from the above picture, 15 people (50%) have excellent employment pressure, and the future is very uncertain; seven people (23%) have high employment pressure and try to improve themselves, five people (17%) do not feel it, and three people (10%) have no stress. The data show that most people feel tremendous pressure on employment.

Why do you feel unhappy?
As seen from the picture above, all the reasons for unhappiness have a proportion and are not small. Six people lived under stress (study), while four chose to live in a bad environment. From this, we can see that most of them are unhappy with the heavy academic work in life, such as exams, reports, etc.

What should be done to achieve well-being?
As seen in the above picture, eight people think that good physical and mental health is essential, while seven choose good personal development prospects to achieve well-being.
In addition, five people choose good relationships. This shows that it is needed in the heart of the investigator. These needs are all related to happiness. Because of your physical and mental health, you may pursue different things.
